Techno System’s ISO 9001 and PED certifications document its process organisation and the conformity procedures used to design, manufacture and sell plate heat exchangers and assemblies. The certified activities relate to the production site at Via Toscana 160/162, Certaldo, Florence, Italy.
The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. For pressure equipment, Techno System also operates under the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED), using the full quality assurance procedures of Modules H and H1.
Issued by DNV Business Assurance Italy, the certificates specify their scope, covered products and validity period. They provide verifiable references for designers, installers and technical managers assessing manufacturers and project documentation.

Techno System’s management system is certified by DNV Business Assurance to ISO 9001:2015.
The certification confirms the adoption of a structured management system subject to periodic audits. Defined procedures, process controls and continual improvement support reliable and repeatable product development and manufacturing.
The Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) covers the design, manufacture and conformity assessment of pressure equipment placed on the European market. Depending on the equipment’s characteristics, compliance with the applicable requirements allows CE marking.
Techno System’s quality system has been assessed by DNV Business Assurance Italy, Notified Body 0496, under the procedures in Annex III of the Directive.
Both modules are based on full quality assurance; Module H1 also includes design control. The category and procedure applicable to each product depend on its technical data and design conditions.
