Options include designs to DIN or ASME requirements, connections to major international standards, and plates in AISI 304, AISI 316L, titanium, SMO 254 and other corrosion-resistant materials. Gaskets are available in NBR, EPDM or FKM. Frames can be made from stainless steel or carbon steel with coating systems suitable for marine or particularly corrosive environments. For industrial, food-processing and OEM applications, we can manufacture heat exchangers and pre-assembled skids to drawings, unbranded products and dedicated configurations.
Customisation options include special materials and designs, hygienic adjustable feet for food-fluid pasteurisers, tie rods with specific materials or treatments, and features that simplify dismantling and reassembly. On request, we also provide quality control plans, drawings and technical documentation to the project specification.
Techno System’s in-house test facility uses dedicated equipment and measuring instruments certified by external bodies to verify the thermodynamic and fluid-dynamic performance of plate heat exchangers.
Tests measure heat transfer rate, pressure drops and other measurable parameters to support product development, energy recovery, industrial cooling and system sizing. Witnessed performance tests can be arranged on request.
