Our team is always ready for new challenges and if you need a special solution, our engineers and industry specialists are at your disposal to manage specific PCQs, customised coatings, innovative materials, multi-section designs, connections or frames to be made to order.
COMPLETE RANGE
The catalogue features fifteen models for over twenty-five types of plates available in AISI 304, AISI 316L and titanium, together with three types of material for gaskets, which have always been non-glued, and frames in painted CS or SS, and in four standard pressure classes. The goal? To always find the best choice in terms of price and performance.
RELIABILITY
We support our customers from project design to product manufacturing and delivery, right through to machine maintenance. Our machines come with a minimum 24-month warranty and always comply with PED, even for risk-free equipment. The flexibility of the plate heat exchanger inspires the care with which we meet individual needs at every stage of supply, and through our Lean Manufacturing approach, we guarantee quality and reliable delivery times.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
We focus on innovation and environmental protection. In August 2024, we received a patent for the new MR module, designed specifically for heat recovery from waste water and therefore for reducing energy consumption. Not only that, but we are also working on the MD module for domestic hot water production and anti-legionella cycles. The aim is to use hot water above 60 degrees to eliminate the bacteria without chemicals, an effective, efficient and sustainable system that also reduces pipe maintenance costs.
MADE IN ITALY
Since 1983, we have been designing and manufacturing inspectable plate heat exchangers at our factory in Certaldo, Tuscany, near Florence. It is here that we press our plates, which are unique in the world, and manufacture heat exchangers thanks to a short supply chain of Italian and European suppliers, ensuring the highest quality.
